Sorry bro but 90% of these bugs you show in this video is only cuz you use windows. Change to Mac and it will always works fine. There's a long time I never get crashed in premiere

So many things they could've changed but someone decided to just make the label colors less vibrant... Like who asked for that? One of the first things I did was revert to the classic colors

I think the new label colors aren't as practical because they aren't as vibrant and they are harder to differenciate. If you want the old ones back in the labels menu in preferences you can select the Classic label color preset.

The timeline scroll is actually still there, instead of Ctrl, you have to hold Alt key in Windows. 🙃

The Proxy watermark is literally for the director's benefit... or the senior editor's... so the director will quit having a hissy fit when they can't understand why the footage "looks poor quality" and the editor doesn't have to constantly remind them that its proxy footage they are looking at. Now the director throws a hissy fit because there is a constant watermark 🙄

Proxy icons are helpful in visually informing the editor that their proxies are either turned on or off. I typically use high-rez proxies, so it's sometimes difficult to tell the difference when editing.

Which normal content creator uses premiere, if there is 10 times better Davinci Resolve? Cheaper, more enhanced...

Stupid slider zoom feature is indeed annoying, resolve has much more control over the zoom functions

Proxies are used for clients and watermarks are there to let the client know that this is still a work in progress and unpaid. Once the client has paid the bills the watermark comes off.

I swear, it seems that the whole RUclips video editor community is about complaining about Adobe Premiere. I haven't run into those issues. And maybe it's just because my projects are smaller than yours, or maybe it's an OS thing. But still, it's almost like everyone gas decided that it's cool to hate Adobe, and will find flaws that may or may not actually be there

The biggest hang up I have had with Resolve is Fusion. It’s Byzantine and no matter how many tutorials I watch on it, I can’t seem to grasp it. Titles and graphics in Resolve still need work. Color grading in Resolve is so superior and it’s nice to have all your tools (audio, FX and export) at the ready instead of launching a second app.

The watermark/icon on the proxy’s is to insure people don’t run off with your work without paying you if I had to take a guess

I'm still on Premiere 2023. If it's working, I'm happy out. Let's face it. The bulk of our editing is done with the same tool as years ago. All this new fancy smancy AI stuff is not gonna help you to do your day to day work. I wish Adobe would work on that. Create to versions, 1 really steady workhorse and 1 Beta version with all the gimmicks. As soon as the gimmicks really work and they don't bug the workhorse, introduce them into the workhorse. But please make the workhorse as steady as can be.

This guy putting all his eggs into adobe product and now having to shill for it...hey guy, we are not coming back to adobe, we dont want them to train their ai on our private/stock footage, we don't want them to spy on us, we don't want to be overcharged, we don't want a crappy offshored customer service where solving a simple issue takes months and 100s of calls to various departments in India

As a long-time PR user, I am increasingly disappointed with PR. The color change update on the timeline almost drove me crazy because it hurt my eyes. I immediately had to revert back to the old version, but luckily I learned about DR and realized that DR is much better than PR. On DR, I can zoom in, zoom out, rotate, crop, flip quickly and accurately, which makes my project much faster. While in PR, that has not been updated for years. In PR, I hate that every time I crop, I have to add effects and use a few more steps. But DR has a major drawback with keyframes, it is convenient but not accurate when I use curves. Currently, I am using DR for editing because it is more comfortable than Premiere. I hope PR will soon update to keep up with DR, I hope Adobe will add crop, default camera shake in their PR application.

How can you switch back to 24.3?

The same old story from Adobe. They roll out useless "features", and leave the buggy-ass code intact. The new features blow up foundational functionality that editors rely on, which cuts into our already razor-thin bottom line. It just dawned on me though that Adobe probably sees human editors as a short-lived market sector anyway, whose demise will only be hastened by Adobe's own AI efforts. So why should they care about what we say? We're just meat sacks whose subscription fees are funding their AI research until we're no longer relevant. I don't have a solution to that quandary, just an observation.

The scroll bug has been a pain in the *ss for me after the 22 version update loved that PR was a bit stable but that stretch and scroll took me back to Davinici en I love that that PR has great assets but these bugs make it hard to keep something that doesn't work. And CAN PREMEIR PLEASE DO SOMETHNG ABOUT THE CURVES LUMITRI TABS those are so annoying and not so so accurate like Davinci go figure! I hate that Lumitri Tab

Getting a Logitech mouse with all the extra buttons has been huge. You can make macros/hot keys that work only in Premiere. It’s amazing how much faster it made me.

Adobe - NEW BUG in 24.4 and 24.5.. MAC ... after opening Timeline - it takes hours until we can edit again - after closing and re-opening a normal timeline - in 24.3 and below it works - never had issues - MAC M1 MAX OS 12.3.1

your points are so dumb. You applied Voice Enhancer yo your profesionally recorder audio, it's meant to be applied to low quality mics. Also, the watermark is in case your don't notice when your using a proxy or the original. At least dig around a bit before making thse videos. I'm Unsubscribed from you.

Speaking of AI, the built in AI tools that resolve has are also pretty phenomenal and work really really well… without crashing the software 😜

proxys need to have timecodes and clip name as water mark. adding a png is just stupid
